To visualize our learning outcomes, we created several videos to be used by others.
We have created video tutorials for each of eight Key Competence used in Youthpass. We developed youth work to be up to date with the reactions and needs of young people. The questions were: what are 8 Key Competences and how can one person make easier self-assessment about his learning, while being a part of youth project. The NFL on the Run Podcast Series brings together conversations with youth workers and professionals from different organisations working with young people. Across 15 topics, the episodes share experiences, approaches and practical insights, exploring what different fields can learn from each other and how these perspectives can enrich work with young people.
Candy Wisdoms are a series of short videos sharing small pieces of practical wisdom from people working with young people in different contexts. They offer personal reflections on youth work, relationships with young people, the role of a youth leader and the experiences that shape our practice. Short, personal and sometimes unexpected, each Candy Wisdom offers a small thought worth taking with you.
