Sexual Education in Youth Work
This training course focused on enhancing youth workers' and educators' approaches to sexual education. Through self-reflection, participants explored personal experiences, values, and beliefs and cultural predispositions. The program addressed sensitive topics such as body image, emotions, intimacy, and practical strategies for handling real-life scenarios. This training empowered participants to create informed, empathetic, and supportive environments for young people.

Performing Erasmus
The training course held in Turkey involved 16 cultural and youth organizations. The aim was to share expertise in using performing arts to enhance youth work and improve young people's well-being and self-esteem. It introduced new partners to an informal network, promoting creative methods in Erasmus+ projects, and fostered collaboration to better meet the needs of young people and organizations.

This training course provided opportunities to assess both our personal sustainability and the sustainability of our projects. It introduced the Greendex app and initiated the first Erasmus+ forest, where offsets for our mobilities are being made.

The aim of this training course was to develop the design thinking competencies of youth workers to effectively support young people in designing their personal and professional lives. The Theatre Experience creates trusting environments where participants explore various roles through improvisation, particularly focusing on daily conflicts. . Through this process, participants analyze their own conflict resolution methods, extract lessons, and aid others in their learning journey.

Childhood and adolescence are critical for mental well-being development. Positive Psychology focuses on personal growth rather than treating mental illness, emphasizing strengths, resilience, and intrinsic motivation. In this international training course Key to NFL, participants were guided through the process of understanding what is nonformal learning, how the learning happens, more about the youth work and reflection. Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence isn't fixed at birth; it's a skill we can develop throughout life. Sadly, these skills are often overlooked in schools and families. Older generations may view emotions as weakness and discourage their expression, leading to a culture where feelings are suppressed until they become overwhelming. Our training course aimed to help participants understand, feel, and express emotions effectively.

Multiple Intelligence
Did you think there was only one form of intelligence? Think again. This project drew inspiration from Howard Gardner's theory, which suggests that individuals possess varied kinds of intelligence, impacting how they learn, remember, perform, and understand. Gardner identified seven distinct learning styles, which were creatively showcased through theatrical presentations in nonformal learning settings.
