Future Leaders
New ways to youth participation

Learning to create change
Future Leaders is an Erasmus+ partnership between organisations from Slovenia, Italy, and Romania. Together, we are developing practical methods that help young people become active participants in their communities. Instead of talking about participation, we explore it through real experiences, creative methods, and cooperation with local decision-makers.
What have we been doing?
International training in Slovenia
Youth workers from all partner organisations met in Slovenia to explore and test practical methods that encourage active participation. Throughout the training, participants experienced the activities themselves, reflected on their learning, and adapted the methods for future use.
Local testing
The methods are now being tested with young people in each partner country. Feedback from participants helps us improve every activity before it becomes part of the final training programme.
Next opportunity – Training course in Italy
The next international training course will take place in Italy. We are currently looking for participants who would like to explore active participation, communication, and community engagement through practical activities.
