DART
Digital Awareness & Reflection Toolkit
The DART project explores how digital change shapes the way young people understand the world, participate in society, and form opinions. Many young people know how to use digital tools, but they have fewer opportunities to reflect on what lies behind the screens – who creates digital content, how information is shaped, and how digital environments influence democracy, dialogue, and everyday decisions. DART brings partners from Germany, Italy, and Slovenia together to create a practical and engaging toolkit that helps young people navigate these questions with curiosity and confidence.
Throughout the project, youth workers, educators, and young people will co-create and test a hybrid set of analogue cards enriched with digital elements, turning complex topics into meaningful discussions and interactive learning. The toolkit will be supported by local workshops, a production meeting in Italy, and an international training course in Germany, ensuring that professionals across Europe feel prepared to guide young people through the digital landscape. All materials will later be made publicly available on the project website, making digital awareness accessible to everyone.
