WELCOME TO AMBITIA
nonformal learning | youth work | erasmus
Ambitia is an organisation dedicated to the development of nonformal learning, primarily within the field of youth work and under the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. Ambitia organises youth exchanges, training courses, and encourages young people to actively participate in democratic life. The organisation was established in 2012 in Slovenia.
We believe that learning has the power to transform people, organisations and communities. That is why we create learning experience and develop educational resources that inspire curiosity, encourage participation and foster meaningful personal and social development. By combining creativity with practical experience, we strive to make nonformal learning more engaging, accessible and impactful.
We are a proud member of the IGNet. European Network. Founded in 2010, IGNet is a youth network with 16 members from 14 countries focused on youth participation, inclusion, and active citizenship. The network promotes volunteering, democratic engagement, and the empowerment of young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Key efforts target youth workers, educators, and organizations supporting marginalized groups, including those in rural areas, migrants, and minorities.
